I'm not a huge fan of extra comments. The auto fill feedback is designed for the owners. Fantastic system for both AirBnB as well as the owners. That is the recipe for success. Today I will comment. This place is truly amazing. The list of quality and benefit is long. Everything is above par and in my opinion, genius! You can't improve this condo. I left 100% satisfied! Thank you!!!

It was really convenient getting to the beach, and using the provided beach gear. Place was clean and comfortable. It was a nice stay!

This is a small space, but absolutely doable for a couple. We would stay again for a few days. It has great access to the beach, and a few places that are walkable to eat at. We look forward to staying here again.

This little place was perfect for our two night stay. It’s tiny as described but having a large closet to store suitcases was a huge plus. We especially enjoyed walking to the ice cream shop! Thanks for a comfortable place to stay.

We stayed here for 2 nights before a cruise out of port Canaveral. A very quick (3 minute) walk to the beach, tons of great food and activities in walking distance. Location couldn’t be better & the host was super kind and helpful!

Absolutely Perfect Getaway for Us!! I can not thank the hosts enough for their hospitality and friendliness. From letting us check in a little early to Always being available if we had any questions. The unit was just amazing. Clean, modern, detailed. Everything we could hope for. We wanted to specifically stay in a tiny get up and it was just spectacular. USBs where they needed to be. remotes for AC n Fans. TV was easy to fire up and use. So smart with the welcome book! Everything laid out so we could access beach, beach room , laundry etc. We loved having the Beach wagon available too! The location for Cocoa Beach is also just magnificent. We were only minutes from Everything but far away to feel like it was a romantic getaway. We travel a lot but wanted a quick run from Orlando and this will definitely be our go to when we want to to do it again! Thank you so much.

Perfect for our two-night stay! It’s VERY tiny - we had to fold the table down to have space for our two large suitcases - but it’s a beautiful space. Amenities were great - laundry, beach items and even small touches, such as a Britta water pitcher in the fridge. Clean, quiet and peaceful. We would definitely return if visiting Cocoa Beach again!

Excellent place to stay. The unit is a 3min walk to the beach and you can easily walk to the pier and other restaurants in the area. Checking in/out was also super easy. Highly recommend!

Very pleasant and clean, the room was surprisingly more spacious in person too! After visiting ikea, I’ve noticed that almost everything in the room was filled with ikea stuff which was funny and fancy. Loved that the kitchen was filled with kitchen appliances and cookware. The fridge was big and spacious. I liked how the area had an outside shower and feet wash areas available after coming back from the beach. Overall, I’d say it was worth the money!

Excellent place to stay five minute walk to the beach, quite clean, comfortable, peaceful, and the host was quite responsive…. We will be staying there again thank you ladies.
