Very quiet location with beach access right across the street. Perfect spot for 1 or 2 people if you’re not planning on spending much time in the room. Super clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if visiting the area.

Great little room to stay near the beach

Love the place. I rented 1-studio, It was perfect for two people.1 min walking distance to the beach. 20-25 min driving to Kennedy Space Center.

I would stay again. Visiting my mother on Merritt Island. The space was presented accurately. Small. However, super comfy and quality bed, linens and pillows. Very clean. Great shower (like a fire hose water pressure) loved that they provided every beach essential including umbrellas, coolers, chairs and beach bag with towels. Beach access across the street and cute outdoor space (which I didn’t use). Great for 2 ppl.

Had a great stay. Though the rooms are small it has everything you could need from kitchen to washer and dryer and even beach gear. I loved the location, short 3 minute walk to the beach which i spent most of my time at.

This quiet location offers a mere 200-foot walk to the beach. There’s a charming outdoor seating area where you can unwind, feel the breeze, and listen to the soothing sound of the waves. The host has an impressive selection of beach umbrellas, chairs, sand toys, and even wagons to assist you in transporting all your beach essentials. The parking area is well-lit and clearly marked, ensuring your spot is easily accessible. The room we chose was small as mentioned, it’s well-stocked with kitchen supplies, and starter amenities . The bed was very comfortable and the linens were very fresh and crisp. The whole place was extremely clean with cute decorative touches. This property exceeded my expectations. We will definitely be back.

Every time I travel to Cocoa Beach, this is the place I stay.The location is hard to beat — only a block from the ocean and close to great restaurants and Publix. The place is stocked with extra items for grilling out, beach days, and everything you’d need to feel at home. It’s always extremely clean, comfortable, and makes the trip easy and relaxing every time.Perfect spot whether you’re coming to surf or just enjoy the beach for a few days.

Would totally stay again!

This was our second time booking at this site. It is our go to place to stay now when we want to go to the beach. The hosts really do give perfect detailed instructions on how to get to the location along with everything you need. It is such a clean and cozy place to be at when you’re away from home. Can’t wait to stay here again! 🙂

I'm not a huge fan of extra comments. The auto fill feedback is designed for the owners. Fantastic system for both AirBnB as well as the owners. That is the recipe for success. Today I will comment. This place is truly amazing. The list of quality and benefit is long. Everything is above par and in my opinion, genius! You can't improve this condo. I left 100% satisfied! Thank you!!!

It was really convenient getting to the beach, and using the provided beach gear. Place was clean and comfortable. It was a nice stay!
