Q. What time is check in and check out?
A. Check in time is 3pm. If you arrive an hour or two earlier, we are happy to store your luggage and have you use the beach items (chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc) until your unit is ready. If you are arriving early from a cruise ship, we recommend you book the night prior so you can go immediately to your apartment as early as you would like. Check out time is 10am.
Q.What is the cancellation policy?
A. 100% refund if you cancel at least 14 days prior to your arrival date. 50% refund if you cancel at least 7 days prior. No refund if you cancel less than 7 days notice.
Q. What basic supplies do you provide?
A. Our goal is to provide you with enough basic items to get you started for your stay.
- Travel sized shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar of soap and hand soap
- 3 rolls of toilet paper
- 1 roll of paper towels
- 2 laundry detergent pods
- kitchen trash bags
- all purpose cleaner
- stove top cleaner
- kitchen towels and dish sponge
- basic cookware
- iron & ironing board
Q. What does fully stocked kitchen mean?
A. All basic kitchen items. Keurig coffee maker, blender, dinnerware, drink ware, wine glasses, utensils/flatware, baking pans/sheets, pots & pans. We do not provide grocery items and seasonings. We do provide starter coffee pods, creamer, sugar and sweetener. These are only to get you through until you can go to the store. Please bring your own groceries, seasonings, and coffee
Q. What about rockets?
A. They go off on a regular basis and you can see launches from the Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral station right from the beach! Go to Space Launch Now app for count down.
Q. What linens are provided?
A. We provide all bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen linens. Bathrooms are stocked with plenty of plush bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths. Kitchen drying hand towels and cleaning cloths are provided.
Q. Is there a maximum number of people? Do children count?
A. The maximum number of people per unit varies. Each unit will have the maximum number of people noted. Infants count towards the maximum number because of the space needed for a portable crib. The efficiencies do not have space for a portable crib.
Q. Do you allow smoking?
A. Most places have a designated place for smoking. AVA in particularly has a very nice designated smoking area with comfortable chairs and surrounded by lush greenery. Smoking is absolutely NOT allowed nside and a $250 fine will be assessed if there is any evidence of smoking inside the unit.
Q. Will you make an exception to your no pet policy?
A. We are sorry, but we are unable to allow pets. We enforce a strict no pet policy mostly for safety and allergies. There is a $250 fine if there is any trace of a pet found in a unit.
