This duplex is part of a quiet, boutique vacation rental property offering two beautiful, modern, coastal apartments sharing a patio at a resort-style property. Turn right – the famous Cocoa Beach Pier;Turn Left – rockets and cruise ships! We have over 1,700+ amazing 5-STAR reviews at our property!

The space

Both units features a queen bed, bathroom with a shower, and a space saver futon that turns into a bed. Both apartments have been renovated identically to have a modern, yet comfortable, coastal feel, and the outside has been updated with a new outdoor deck/pergola, grills, patio, and beautiful landscaping.

This duplex is perfect for two couples traveling together or a family needing additional space. Quartz countertops, original art work, stainless steel appliances, beautiful tile, and wonderful linens are what you will expect when staying with us. We equip the apartment with flat screen TV’s, small appliances such as blenders/coffee maker/toaster, etc., and the most comfortable furniture/mattresses – Stearns & Foster luxury queen mattresses are in both bedrooms.

Although the units are beautiful, most importantly they are fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy your vacation and they are extremely clean. You will notice that common comment throughout our reviews. We have over 1,700 – 5 STAR reviews at AVA Cocoa Beach.

We have tried to think of everything we would want at a vacation rental, so you can truly enjoy your stay. You only need to bring minimal items to enjoy your beach vacation, because we ALSO provide: beach towels, beach bag, wagons, chairs, coolers, and umbrellas!

There is a private patio, which is wonderful for soaking in the Florida sun. We also have an outdoor shower, common area with a pergola, chat area and grills, as well as an onsite complimentary laundry room. Starter coffee, shampoo, soap, and paper goods are all provided. If you would like groceries or other items from Publix delivered, we can forward a link for ordering items.

Guest access

An electronic keypad with a unique 4 digit code is on the front door, so you can let yourself right in and start your vacation immediately! Also, no keys to take to the beach. There is one free assigned parking space per unit.

Other things to note

Airbnb collects occupancy taxes for all locations listed in Brevard, County. Our apartments are approved for short-term rentals, so you don’t have to worry about us canceling due to non-compliance.

Additional rules

• No loud noises – we are located in a quiet, residential area.
• No smoking inside apartments at all – an additional $250 cleaning fee will be assessed if evidence of smoking. If you do smoke, please smoke away from the building and other guests .
• Please use the outdoor shower to keep sand out of pipes. Plumbing is older, so please do not flush anything down the toilets other than toilet paper, and keep the sink strainer in place in the kitchen.
• Although when booking, it says infants do not count towards the maximum #, they do in all of our apartments because of the space constraints.
