The space

You’ll enjoy the clean, modern, luxury feel of this one bedroom apartment that has the luxury you want to enjoy your vacation: quartz countertops, original art work, stainless steel appliances, and gorgeous tile floors.

We provide only high quality linens, and equip the apartment with flat screen TV’s, small appliances such as blenders/coffee maker/toaster, etc., and high speed internet. A very comfortable, quality queen size Stearns & Foster mattress is in this unit. A commercial grade sofa sleeper is also in this unit.

Additional rules

• No loud noises – we are located in a quiet, residential area.
• No smoking inside apartments at all – an additional $250 cleaning fee will be assessed if evidence of smoking. If you do smoke, please smoke away from the building and other guests .
• Please use the outdoor shower to keep sand out of pipes. Plumbing is older, so please do not flush anything down the toilets other than toilet paper, and keep the sink strainer in place in the kitchen.
• Although when booking, it says infants do not count towards the maximum #, they do in all of our apartments because of the space constraints.
