This one bedroom apartment is part of a quiet, ten unit, boutique vacation rental property offering beautiful, modern, coastal, resort-style apartments next to the beach. Turn right – the famous Cocoa Beach Pier; Turn left – rockets and cruise ships! We have over 1,800, 5-STAR reviews at this quaint 10 unit property.

The space

This one bedroom apartment at AVA Cocoa Beach features a queen bedroom, bathroom with a shower, and a futon sofa. This apartment has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Quartz countertops, original, local art work, stainless steel appliances, and beautiful tile flooring.

There is patio out front and a beautiful deck out back with dining tables and a chat area under a pergola surrounded by lush landscaping and enchanting lighting at night. We have multiple grills, complimentary assigned parking, complimentary laundry room, a bike rack and outdoor showers.

We provide only high quality linens, and equip the apartment with flat screen TV’s, small appliances such as blenders/coffee maker/toaster, etc., and the most comfortable Stearns & Foster Luxury mattress. We also provide cable TV and high speed internet.

We have tried to think of everything you would want at a vacation rental, so you can truly relax. You only need to bring minimal items to enjoy your beach vacation, because we ALSO provide: beach towels, a beach bag, AND we even have a building dedicated to supplying complimentary beach wagons, chairs, coolers, and umbrellas!!! 🙂

We are also within walking distance to the Cocoa Beach Pier, great restaurants, shopping, and mini golf/tree climbing/zip lining!

Guest access

An electronic keypad with a unique 4 digit code is given, so you can start your vacation immediately! Also, no keys to take to the beach. There is one free assigned parking space per unit.

Other things to note

Airbnb collects occupancy taxes for all locations listed in Brevard, County. Our apartments are approved for short-term rentals, so you don’t have to worry about us canceling due to non-compliance.

Additional rules

• No loud noises – we are located in a quiet, residential area.
• No smoking inside apartments at all – an additional $250 cleaning fee will be assessed if evidence of smoking. If you do smoke, please smoke away from the building and other guests .
• Please use the outdoor shower to keep sand out of pipes. Plumbing is older, so please do not flush anything down the toilets other than toilet paper, and keep the sink strainer in place in the kitchen.
• Although when booking, it says infants do not count towards the maximum #, they do in all of our apartments because of the space constraints.
