The space

This efficiency at AVA Cocoa Beach is VERY small (the kitchen, dining, and bed are all in one picture), but you can’t beat the location!!! You’ll enjoy the clean, modern, luxury feel of this unit so much you’ll love the simplicity of having everything you need in a small space.

This efficiency will give you the luxury you want to enjoy your vacation: quartz countertops, original art work, stainless steel appliances, shiny terrazzo and beautiful tile accents.

We provide only high quality linens, and equip the apartment with a flat screen TV, small appliances such as blenders/coffee maker/toaster, etc., and cable TV and high speed internet. A very comfortable, quality Beauty Rest mattress is in this unit.

There are two chairs and a table right outside the unit and nearby a beautiful deck with dining tables and a chat area under a pergola surrounded by lush landscaping and enchanting lighting at night. We have multiple grills, complimentary assigned parking, an onsite complimentary laundry room, a bike rack and an outdoor shower.

We ALSO provide: beach towels, a beach bag, AND we even have a building dedicated to supplying complimentary beach wagons, chairs, coolers, and umbrellas!!! 🙂 We have tried to think of everything you would want at a vacation rental, so you can truly relax.

We are within walking distance to the Cocoa Beach Pier, great restaurants, shopping, and mini golf/tree climbing/zip lining!

Guest access

An electronic keypad with a unique 4 digit code is on the front door, so you can let yourself right in and start your vacation immediately! Also, no keys to take to the beach. There is one free assigned parking space per unit.

Other things to note

Airbnb collects occupancy taxes for all locations listed in Brevard, County. Our apartments are approved for short-term rentals, so you don’t have to worry about us canceling due to non-compliance.

Additional rules

• No loud noises – we are located in a quiet, residential area.
• No smoking inside apartments at all – an additional $250 cleaning fee will be assessed if evidence of smoking. If you do smoke, please smoke away from the building and other guests .
• Please use the outdoor shower to keep sand out of pipes. Plumbing is older, so please do not flush anything down the toilets other than toilet paper, and keep the sink strainer in place in the kitchen.
• Although when booking, it says infants do not count towards the maximum #, they do in all of our apartments because of the space constraints.
